We are the sponsor of the Zimeng Innovation Development Foundation which is the first adolescents IP non-profit foundation in China. We would like to inform you that your patent assets will be handled in a new way and will be donated to the Jiangsu Children Welfare Foundation.

The Jiangsu Children Welfare Foundation will (on the premise that you will enjoy the same rights as those you will enjoy after you have given up the patent rights) sell the patent rights at an auction. All of the funds from the auction will be deemed as a charitable donation that you donate to the Zimeng Special Foundation which is under the management of the Jiangsu Children Welfare Foundation.

The funds are to be used for: the educating adolescents and children; the improvements of study tools for the adolescents and children in poverty-stricken areas; and the optimization of various scientific and educational activities for adolescents and children in special areas (including the optimization of scientific and educational environments). We sincerely appreciate your generosity and kindheartedness and will give you a relevant donation certificate as required.
